$18-$25 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, WE WILL TRAIN ENTRY LEVEL LABORER THIS IS FOR ON GOING PART TIME WORK (YEAR ROUND) My family has 5 rental properties in the SLO- PISMO- GROVER areas that are in constant need of attention We need someone who can help with yard and building maintenance like spraying weeds, spreading bark, pruning, checking drip irrigation, replacing light fixtures and bulbs, clearing clogged faucet heads, relighting furnaces and water heaters, replacing window blinds, patching and painting. Some occasional tasks would be helping with installing fences and gates, concrete pavers, repairing decks, repairing and replacing wood siding, power washing, stucco patching, We are constantly upgrading the rentals with side projects and 1 or 2 times a year completely remodel one. We are currently remodeling a small bungalow and need someone who can help finish that by August This job can provide 12-18 hours of work a week year round, depending on maintenance and small projects. Currently during this remodel and gettting some landscaping caught up can be up to 40 hours a week. I also know other property owners who often ask me if I can send someone over to help with their maintenance. Pay depends on experience and ability, $18-$25. Paid weekly. If you don't have much experience I can train you. I am looking for a healthy able bodied person with some knowledge of the above, or with the ambition and effort to learn. Hours are flexible but prefer work to be done in 4-6 hour blocks. You should be reliable, punctual, and able to stay off your phone while working. Must have transportation. Truck preferred but not required. You must be presentable in appearance and non smoking because you will be around my tenants.
