We are currently looking for Maintenance with apartment experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide outstanding customer service every day.
• Assist in all areas of maintenance of the community including resident service requests, make readies and preventative maintenance
.• Ensure safe work practices are always followed.
• Perform on-call emergency service as required.
Qualifications:
AC certification a Plus. AC experience necessary.
Must know basic plumbing, electrical.
