Solar company looking for construction and labor help. (No background in Solar needed.) General construction labor and roof work. Tasks include; installing solar panels, assembly solar racking systems, installing roof attachments, misc wiring and conduit work. Must be able to; carry heavy objects, work on ladders, work in a harness, work on a roof, work in the heat and cold, take direction well, self-motivated, great attitude, and willingness to learn. No experience in Solar trade necessary. Must have own transportation. Established company with 20 years in business.
