Small condo hoa; 4 buildings w 2 floors per building is looking for cleaning staff. Clean indoor walkways, wipe closet doors (2) per building), remove dirt/debris from wood deck areas, wipe tables and chairs, windowsills (no windows) and laundry room sweap/mop floor, wipe washers[2] and driers [2]. We have one laundry room.
On bus line. Backs to the Publix on 2400 Ridgewood. Great for retiree, student or as a second job.
Must pass background check. We are a drug free community. No smoking.
