We are a small locally, owned & operated, full-service mitigation & restoration company in Madison, WI., serving a 50-mile radius around Madison. We are growing fast and need more help! We are seeking a full time, Water Mitigation Tech, with an outgoing personality, & enjoys being part of a successful team! Main duties include, but are not limited to: · Mitigation and cleanup of properties damaged by water, mold & fire. · Demolition and tear out · Setting up equipment . Reconstruction, carpentry, drywall, painting Helpful Skills: · Previous experience in water damage, structural drying, mold, fire damage, etc. (one or all) is preferred. . Construction (carpentry, dry walling, painting, etc.) · Installing tile & carpet/flooring · Carpet Cleaning The Right Person Will: · Have high quality standards about their work · Have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record · Have reliable transportation to get to work · Comes to work on time with a positive attitude · Be willing to learn new skills to build a career · Is a good listener & follows direction We offer great pay with bonuses, paid training, paid vacation & holidays, health, dental & vision, life & LT disability insurance plus, a matching IRA program & a stock option after 3 years with the company.
