Need of electric hot water tank

Hot water tank is no good anymore. I need an electric hot water tank, either 40 or 50 gal. Can't afford a lot. Was hoping to get something around $150-200 maybe. Or if you can help me out of getting one, it would be appreciated. Rather get a new one. I saw a couple at Lowes for $400. Please let me know if you have one or can help me out. Thank you in advance.
