Skillsets utilized on a daily basis include but not limited to: Stain Removal Odor Elimination Carpet Repairs Spot dyeing Water Mitigation and Restoration Services Detail-oriented evaluations Customer Relations & Retention Pg Long also offers 24/7 emergency water restoration services. In addition to floor cleaning, you will be trained in properly and correctly assessing water damage in affected areas of residences upon arrival and have the skillset and tools needed to perform a successful mitigation. Pg Long is looking for individuals who are self-motivated and driven. Effective daily time-management is essential for the smooth operation of the business as technicians are out in the field working individually. A high attention to detail is stressed as our Quality on every job and Satisfaction with our customers is vital to our success. Therefore customers service skills is also important to us as our technicians have constant and continual contact with property managers and maintenance supervisors from the start of a job to the finish. Pg Long will provide a $500 signing bonus upon completion of 6 months of employment.
