Qualified Maintenance and Construction is a service company that handles retail commercial facility maintenance with its home office in McQueeney, Texas. We service New Braunfels, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Corpus Christi, Victoria and all surrounding areas. We are currently searching for a building maintenance technician in our DFW area office. This individual should possess excellent organizational skills and problem solving abilities.
Qualified candidates must also have their own tools and truck.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
· Carpentry
· Painting
· Concrete work
· Replacing ceiling tiles
· Ceramic tile
· Sheetrock
· General handyman work
Qualifications
EDUCATION
• High school or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
• 3+ years’ experience required
