Wanted: Very Experienced rider to help train/ride my 10 yr gelding

Wanted: Very experienced person to help train and put several rides on my 10 year old gelding. I have had Dakota for almost 8 years. He is a stock paint QH. Got him as a 2 yr old. I have been working on his ground manners, lunging, sacking out, bridling, saddling and riding. He has had 60 plus days at a trainers. However, I am looking for someone to put more rides on him and help with training. I work lots of hours, so I unfortunately don't have a whole lot of time to ride and keep his training going. He did crow hop with someone in the past, but only a few times at trainers, and me, this was several years ago, but you would need to be aware that he has offered to buck in the past. We have a 50” round pen and 5 acres to use, but no indoor arena at this time. So when dry weather comes it would be an excellent time to start. I can offer $20 a ride/hour. Dakota is still green and I feel he needs to be ridden more and continued training than the two times a week that I can offer. Looking for 1-2 days a week for a few months? I just want to get him used to the under saddle experience and have lots more "hands on" experience and lots of rides/training. I currently ride western. My goal is to have my helper work, train and ride him when I’m working and I would work him on my days off which is currently Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Goal is to get him on some trails this year. This is more of a training opportunity, not just jump on and go😊 ***Please reply with some information about your riding/training skills, location and days/times that you could help***Need to be over 18 years old.
