Cabin Cleaners wanted for growing rental company. We are looking for dependable teams who can work together and get the job done properly and in a timely manner. --This is a great opportunity for two friends, sisters, a mother and daughter team, a couple, etc. Roughly 1-4 cleans per week depending on rental occupancy. **NOTE- Mostly Large/Multi-Family Cabins! MUST BE ABLE TO START AT 10AM, THESE UNITS CAN TAKE UP TO 6 HOURS TO CLEAN IF AT FULL OCCUPANCY!++ Weekends and Holidays a must! Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidates. -**Must have business license & business insurance. --(There is a short window of time to clean between guest checkout *10am and guest arrival *4pm). --You need to be available between 10am and 4pm and have a flexible schedule. --All cleaners must clean cabins according to detailed rental cleaning checklist provided by the cabin owner and property manager. *(Management reserves the right to add/ or change cleaning details at any time). -- THIS IS FAIRLY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING WORK. MUST BE ABLE TO BEND, LIFT UP TO 55 LBS, CLIMB SEVERAL SETS OF STAIRS, AND CLIMB A LADDER IF NEEDED, TO MAKE BUNK BEDS. --- Cleaners need a car/truck that will haul off a minimum of 6 large bags of trash per cabin. (There are several local trash dump convenience centers you can take this to). -All linens must be picked up/ dropped off at designated locations. - All cleaners must provide their own cleaning supplies! This includes: -CLEANING RAGS * USING OWNER'S LINEN TO CLEAN IS UNACCEPTABLE! -All trash bags: kitchen bags(13 gallon), outdoor garbage bags (55 gallon or more), and small 7 gallon bathroom trash bags. - Proper working equipment such as VACUUMS, cleaning solutions, such as windex and all purpose cleaners, mops, dusters, squeegee for windows, and other items needed to perform the job properly. *Dusting & mopping is a must, no exceptions. -- Must be able to clean a hot tub (prior experience not necessary). * You must have references * You must have a Driver's license * You must have a clean record * You must have Dependable transportation * Must be good natured, honest and be able to work well with the owners & managers. --Only detail oriented, hard working teams need apply!!! **Very Competitive Pay! (10-99 Position). Our cabins are all very clean and no deep cleaning is ever necessary. Our pay is very competitive because we do follow a strict cleaning procedure and have mostly 5 star reviews that need to stay that way.
