Position Summary The Inventory Associate is responsible for completing assigned projects and special tasks as identified by the Inventory Control Manager, Inventory Control Supervisor and Warehouse Supervisor. The Inventory Associate will perform daily check on selected inventory items. Compare physical count to WMS system (High Jump) for accuracy. Communicate end of day correspondence to leads, supervisors and managers. Position Accountabilities The following are essential accountabilities: • Responsible for helping maintain accurate inventories of all products in the warehouse. • Adhere to cycle count / cycle check schedule as needed. • Research inventory issues and discrepancies; reconcile counts. • Help set up monthly / annual inventory counts. • Any other tasks as assigned. • Report any safety hazards, OSHA violations, or GMP violations to Manager. • Commit to working together as one team, exceed service expectations by developing positive relationships and treat others with value and respect…always. • Exhibit an honest and committed effort to delivering as promised, never compromising quality. • Achieve individual and team goals.
