Used car dealer with own repair shop needs to hire a person to perform the following tasks. - order parts and supplies - receive parts delivered and organize - find some parts online on eBay or similar - handle parts returns - inform manager when all parts for a vehicle have arrived and is ready to work on - pick up parts that cannot be delivered - organize shop supplies like oil, filters, etc and keep stocked - assist manager with transporting cars to/from tire shop, other repair shops, etc. - keep parts and supplies receipts organized - and other miscellaneous tasks as needed Professional experience as a parts advisor (either at a retail part store or in a shop) preferred but not required. General car knowledge is important. Candidate must: - have good, helpful attitude - have clean driving record (no super speeder, reckless driving, DUIs) - required by insurance - be reliable and trustworthy - be drug-free - be organized and careful Benefits: paid time off If you are interested in the position, please send resume.
