Need help fixing items on section 8 inspection repairs

Hello, my usual Maintenance guy isn't available. I am looking for someone who can do these repairs, (at least everything except the roof, but if you can fix the roof too great!)I have inspection next week. Have to be good with paying attention to detail. Doesn't mind working with tenants in the house. I will check the work as soon as your finish I will send payment electronically. If this works out would like to keep you around for other inspection lists. Thanks in advance!
