Candidate should be able to work outdoors in all seasons & familiar with outdoor cleaning & upkeep We are looking for a cleaner to take care of our buildings and carry out cleaning. The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition. The proper candidate will be able to work as a team with other maintenance staff & alone & have the ability to work on a schedule to accomplish the goals of each work day & week. This position covers a few apartments complexes where the work includes, parking lots, hallways, make readys, The ideal candidate will have experience in both indoor & outdoor facility upkeep. Responsibilities: Furniture removal, Cleaning the grounds, Maintaining hallways, Cleaning the dumpster area, Shoveling snow, etc. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Keep organized all supplies & tools & in good working condition Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills: Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree, proficient in English Schedule is Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
