This is a full time, year-round opportunity that will pay you well for your experience. You can work independently or on a small crew, and your pay increases based on your effort. We are looking for an individual who has experience in breaking metal and doing full window replacements. Benefits: -Earn $55,000-$75,000 in your first year -65% paid medical insurance -100% paid dental / vision -100% Match HSA -401k match -Work truck, gas card, and tools provided -Full-time year-round work -Paid holidays and personal time off -Career advancement opportunities -Bonus opportunities Responsibilities: -Removing and replacing all types of windows, doors, and siding -Replacing window frames (must know how to break metal) -Neatly caulking and sealing new systems -Customer service and communication -Job-site cleanup -Completing multiple projects in a day -Communicating your progress with our office Qualifications: -18+ months of window installation experience -Experience with breaking metal and replacing window frames -Experience with caulking and sealing -Must be able to work independently or lead a small crew -Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
