I will preface this ad by saying, we are an experienced ferret family. We adopted a baby ferret from Petland in Hoffman Estates 4th of July weekend. To make a long story short, the baby ferret (currently named Francis Evan), is not getting along well with the two ferrets we already have. I've never had this happen before when incorporating a new fur member to the family. At the rate things are going, we are choosing to put the needs of our already established family members first. It's with heavy hearts that we have decided to rehome Frankie. He is such a beautiful boy, and I know in time he will tame down to be a very loving and good baby. We just feel like he was meant to be an only child. This is not a decision that we made lightly. Frankie will come with a few supplies that were provided by Petland that we have zero use for, as we already had and established habitat in place. He will come with what is left of his baby food, vitamins, brush, blankies, litter pan, water bottle, toys, and various miscellaneous items. The total cost we spent on Frankie was over $400. A rehoming fee WILL apply to ensure that he goes to a VERY good home. He will do best in a home without little children or in a home with older children who have an understanding of respect for animals and responsibility.
