WANTED Christian HandyMan / Mechanic For Mowing Yardwork Painting Etc ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Whenever possible, we like to hire Christian men and women as well as military veterans, so please let us know your background. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ We're a retired couple and we're looking for a handy man that's retired or unemployed, or a teenager / high school student or someone that just wants to pick up some extra part time work, doing odd jobs at our house. We ​live about four miles east of I-35W and just off of East Renfro in Burleson. Right now, we mainly need our yard mowed plus a lot of yard work and weed eating done. We also need leaves raked, flower beds cleaned out, trees cut and trimmed etc. but we'll also need some mowing and a lot more odd jobs done over the next couple of months. After the mowing and yardwork, here are just a few of the other odd jobs, that we could use some help with....... 1. If you're a small engine lawnmower and / or or an auto ( car or truck ) mechanic we have a lot of lawn and garden equipment, like mowers chain saws weedeaters a log splitter etc plus a few vehicles ( cars trucks three boats and a jet ski ) that need to be repaired. 2. We also need to have some drywall sheetrock repair / tape and bed / texture and paint work done, to some interior walls and kitchen cabinets, plus we need the exterior of our house painted. 3. We need some light carpenter work done including a new door hung and some carpet / wood flooring replaced in our house. 4. We need three of our ( black GM ) cars detailed plus some minor paint and body work and detail / paint correction / ceramic polish etc........ ( I have all the paint etc ) 5. We'd eventually like to have some masonry work done including a large rock / stone or railroad tie retaining wall and a large wooden deck built. 6. We need some electrical work done including recessed lights and an exhaust fan installed. 7. We need some general cleanup done on our property, such as raking leaves, some limb and brush removal, trees trimmed, plus moving and storing several misc. items etc. 8. We need a sprinkler system installed. 9. We need some auto repairs done, including a windshield replaced, plus some electrical issue problems fixed etc. 10. We need new Granite / Marble countertops 11. We need a large wooden deck built This is a part time job, and you can usually work your own hours, either during the day, the evening or on weekends etc You must have reliable transportation and your own hand tools. ( I have all the power yard tools and mowers needed ) We'll pay $12.50 an hour in cash and pay you daily, so it's $50 cash for four hours $75 for six hours or $100 cash for eight hours etc. ( That's about the same as bring home pay for a regular $15 an hour job ) *********************************************************************************************** Once again, whenever possible, we like to hire Christian men and women as well as military veterans, so please let us know your background. *********************************************************************************************** If you feel qualified and you're a good steady worker, send us all the details about your experience and background etc as well as the hours you'd like to work.
