Description
Looking to hire a maintenance / porter person for office buildings and shopping centers throughout Pinellas county. Starting pay is $15.00. Should have reliable transportation (truck preferred), cell phone and basic tools. Duties would include, but not limited to – changing lights and ballasts, changing trash bags, cleaning parking lots, roof checks, repairing toilets and urinals, changing ceiling tiles and basic repairs and maintenance. Should have knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing. Willing to train if needed. Must be able to use and transport a step ladder, extension ladder, take pictures with a phone, fill out papers, follow directions, work unsupervised or with others. Work hours are 7am – 3pm Mon-Fri. There may be some weekends and after-hours work. There are some properties in Brandon and Tampa which you also may be required to go to as well. Majority of work is performed in Pinellas county.
