- A minimum of two-years of commercial building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
- HVAC (including Chiller and Boiler) maintenance, experience is required.
- Strong electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong communication & customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and be able to work flexible schedule.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull moderate amount of weight.
