If interested, apply here: Job Description We are a pediatric therapy clinic seeking a full time Facilities Technician! We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance and other great benefits! Responsibilities Office porterage as required, including office moves, furniture moves, deliveries and collections Regular maintenance of building, facility, and all company property Handles basic repairs and maintenance Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed Oversee contractors when professional repairs are necessary Diagnose and correct mechanical issues Install appliances and equipment Sets up and tears down furniture and equipment for events as needed Report to facilities manager for assignments and supervision Maintain exterior property, including snow removal Remove and properly dispose of recyclable and waste materials Open and close building according to security procedures Requirements Must pass federal background check Proven working experience as a facilities maintenance worker. Enjoy working in a busy, fast pace environment with children present Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Experience in preventative maintenance and repair processes.
