Apartment Maintenance Technicians needed for apartment communities in Temecula, CA. These are full time positions M-F 8-5. Duties include; make readies, work orders and cleaning up the grounds of the community. Candidates must have minimum 6 months of building maintenance and be proficient in drywall and locks and keys. Electrical and plumbing experience a plus.
