Responsibilities include: -Running any and all errands -Scheduling appointments (for personal, family, household) -Confirm all scheduled appointments and location 24 hrs prior -Phone correspondence and follow up -Organizing personal materials and household items (may include personal home organization, grocery shopping and various other projects as needed) -Conducting research as requested -Coordinate accordingly with Executive Assistant in regard to keeping personal/professional schedule aligned -Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, integrity, loyalty and security measures regarding all confidential matters Qualifications: -Previous experience as a personal assistant -Based in Pasadena/North East LA -Ability to drive with reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record -Assist at least 2 times a week (possibility of more days) -Can work on location and remote -Flexible schedule -Excellent time management skills -Proficient in Apple/Mac, PC (MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), calendaring Part time job 20-25 hrs per week Hourly rate based on previous experience References relevant to position to be provided at time of application The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats and provide support to principals in a personal and private capacity. Candidate must be discrete, have a “can do” attitude, a competent multi-tasker possessing a drive to handle all projects with tact and precision. Must be willing to sign an NDA form at time of hire
