We are an established nation-wide staffing agency seeking Retail Merchandising Support Staff for a top convenience store brand. We are hiring an experienced retail merchandiser (preferably with convenience store background) to assist with merchandising a new store in Yucaipa. Additional merchandising projects will be extended to the right candidate. Start Date: Immediately - shifts available as soon as tomorrow Shift Days/Times: Daily from 8:00am-4:30pm (project ends July 28) Location: Yucaipa, CA (92399) Minimum Qualifications: Experience in retail merchandising & reading planograms. Experience in convenience store and/or grocery merchandising preferred. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Able to stand and bend down and work in small space for extended periods of time. Able/willing to work in refrigerated cooler areas and/or outdoors when needed. Duties: Serve as merchandising support for store openings and changeovers. Store may be open to the public. Take direction from on-site client and follow directions closely. Work at a steady pace and able to meet deadlines. Maintain schematic standards and integrity. Hang shelf signs, place coupons and assemble cardboard displays. Ensure appropriate signage is in place for all products. Cleaning of existing sections and fixtures. Installation and build of new shelving sections and fixtures.
