Currently looking to fill a live on-site maintenance manager for a mobile home park with 149 units in San Juan Capistrano, CA. Requirements: • Valid CA Driver’s License • Reliable Transportation • 8 hours a day / 5 days a week • On-call weekends and afterhours for emergencies Qualifications / Skills: • Well organized with excellent time management skills • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents, vendors, and staff • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to manage emergency situations • Proficient in meeting strict deadlines Maintenance Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspection and identify landscape maintenance issues, or areas of park improvement • Maintain all common areas in a clean, safe, and first-class condition • Perform miscellaneous repairs of the park • Coordinates and schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
