The Apartment Complex is located in Middlesex, NJ. We are looking for a Superintendent to live on-site. This position will include the responsibility for general interior and exterior maintenance, repairs in apartments and building common areas, resident service requests and after hours On-Call emergency maintenance calls. Compensation includes: $800/wk, apartment (utilities paid by employer), health insurance, overtime and/or "comp." time for after hours work.
