We looking for a reliable and hard-working handyman to use for any projects we have on an ongoing basis. We currently need someone to remove our current curtain track and replace with our née curtain /room divider track to our drop ceiling grid (link to see track below): For ongoing projects see below requirements Must have knowledge on repairs of : -Drywall patching -Painting -Small Hvac issues -Small plumbing issues -small electrical issues -and any other small repair projects that may arise Must work efficiently, neatly, and have basic tools, and of coarse reliable transportation needed to complete tasks.
