We are currently seeking Maintenance Technician applicants. This individual will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of property buildings, grounds and units to maximize tenant satisfaction. We are looking for someone who comes to us with a solution to the problem and not just the problem itself. This position also includes, but is not limited to: Maintaining property standards 100% to company expectation Ensuring a 100% prompt response rate to emergency situations (Shared On-Call Shift Once Every 4 Weeks) Position Requirements: Must be EPA Certified and have 3+ years of experience within the maintenance industry, preferably in, home or apartment property maintenance. Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 100 pounds. Own transportation & tools. Ability to be placed in rotating On-Call Shift. Specific duties/abilities: HVAC Repair Moderate Plumbing (Must know how to sweat copper) Electrical (General Knowledge) Carpentry skills (Door Hanging, Cabinet Assembly and Installation) Touch-Up Painting (interior and exterior) Drywall and mudding Floor installation, replacement and repair Window/doors installation and repair Additional general maintenance as needed Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated Problem Solver Strong work ethic Must have own transportation and toolset We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
