R U A Carpenter/Construction Company? East Side NP Needs Your KOKUA Thank you for reading this. If you are a carpenter type person, a construction company or maybe just have some woodworking skills, we would like to ask for your KOKUA... PLEASE. We are a Non-Profit, All Volunteer plant nursery in the Kamilo Nui Valley in Hawaii Kai and growing mostly native plants. We have a broken outdoor heavy wooden bench that needs to be reconstructed. Actually, we have two wooden benches in almost the same condition. If you could please fix one bench that will be great, but if you can fix both that would be perfect. We would appreciate any help you can give to us. The benches seem to have been repaired and re-repaired over the years and the legs are too far inward, so it is not stable. Some legs are of different heights too. I can deliver the bench to you and pick it up when completed. If you could possibly pick up the bench from the nursery, that would be even better. They are heavy for me as you can see from the pictures attached, but I can move them around and get them in a truck to you. You can adjust the bench size, but it is now about 8 ft long and the top is made from 3 wood pieces each 5.5 inches wide and 1.25 inches thick by 8 ft long. If you can reconstruct the bench with scrap lumber that you might have available, that will be wonderful. Please REPLY for further information. Mahalo for any help you can give to us.
