Help needed in mobile home repairs

I am looking for affordable help in repairing a few things in a mobile home. I have posted pictures. A chimney was removed, and I still need the remaining parts removed and the hole, sealed from the inside and outside. Also, the porch is falling apart, I need some wood replaced. The door frame is decayed due to seeping water, which needs to be repaired and the wood replaced as well. I may need additional help in other areas like replacing the sheetrock on a side of the trailer, and other repairs, this will depend on how much you charge. I will take care of the material expenses and I will handle the trash.
