An independent film project is underway with 65% of our production budget raised. The goal is to begin principal photography by September of this year, immediately after Labor Day. Film locations are primarily in NYC and Toronto. We are offering points packages/profit sharing for box office & streaming profits for investors on the remaining 35% of our budget, so as to commence in early September, 2021. Investors can go by points, i.e. 1 or 2 or 5, etc. points. *Each point is $2,000, with a minimum 120% return BEFORE any profits are distributed to our producers upon distribution/pick up, and, or its theatrical release. The simple minimum example is: 1 point = $2,000 @ minimum 120% return before profit distribution to producers is $2,400. 5 points = $10,000 @ minimum 120% return before profit distribution to producers is $12,000. * Keep in mind that this is separate from the additional profit sharing percentage of tiered box office/separate profits based on percentage, i.e. 0.5 percent of total profits. That will be negotiated with any investors prior to signing. A great chance to be a part of a film production that harkens back to a time of genuine film magic as opposed to the relentless septic mess that passes for film today.
