Job opening with small landscape maintenance company in Cheyenne, coupled with small roofing business and remodel. Includes roofing, lawn mowing, tree removal, fertilizing and weed control, yard clean-ups, bush trimming, stump grinding, and residential remodels. Experience preferred but not needed, training will be provided. Job Description and requirements: Good work ethic Transportation (to and from work primarily) Ability to lift 60lbs. consistently Bi-lingual Spanish and English is a plus Help with tree work, chipping branches, material loading, cutting, climbing etc. Roof removal and new roof installation. All stages of construction. Will apply herbicide and pesticide chemicals to grounds, trees, bushes, shrubs, and lawn in order to control plant diseases and insects Remove snow from sidewalks and parking lots, and spread salt on sidewalks and parking lots during ice conditions Will need to clean, repair and service equipment used in grounds maintenance such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, backpack sprayers, etc... Maintain machinery, equipment and tools by cleaning, lubricating, greasing, oiling to ensure optimum working order Please respond to this ad to provide additional information and references. 30-50 hrs. a week guaranteed, sometimes more. Seasonal work is ok too if you're a high school or college student on break. Compensation: Wages range from $10-$20 per hour depending on experience, tools, and production.
