Class A CDL Driver / Fixed Cab Hydraulic Crane Operator (NCCCO) Pacific Northwest general contractor seeking a Class A truck driver with NCCCO fixed crane certification. Our company has been in business in Spokane for over 70 years and we work all over the Northwest constructing and repairing grain handling facilities as well as traditional construction projects. We are in need of a safe, dependable NCCCO certified crane operator who is willing to perform other construction duties when the crane is not in operation. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: NCCO certified to operate fixed cab hydraulic crane Deliver materials and equipment to jobsites throughout WA, ID, OR & MT Local pickup and delivery of supplies & equipment Develop safe lifting plan and communicate plan to crew members. Certified Rigging and Signalman Rig loads and/or check rigging before lifting loads Calculate weight and determine safe load limits. Perform daily inspections on crane and rigging. Manual material handling – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and more with assistance. Assist in assembly, positioning, and installing industrial material handling equipment Use man baskets, boom lifts, fixed ladders, stairways to access work areas up to 200 feet Operate forklift and other material handling equipment. Ability to safely access and exit mobile equipment and cranes. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Follow company safety policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: Must be 21 years old Must have 2 years verifiable crane experience Must have Class A CDL and reliable transportation Must have clean driving record Must pass DOT pre-employment drug test and be subject to random and post-accident testing. Current Medical Examiner's Card Must have proper ID (s) for employment purposes Must be able to work overtime Must be willing to wear job specific PPE Ability and willingness to travel to meet job needs (Washington, Idaho, Montana, & Oregon) Salary: Hourly DOE + per diem when traveling (project specific)
