Assist our Superintendents: We are seeking a construction general laborer to join our team! Timbered Ridge was voted best residential home builder 2021! You will be responsible for assisting Superintendents in the field at different job sites, and performing on-site residential cleaning during various phases of the construction process. Our goal is to get the new home ready for buyers to move in. There could be some punch list and warranty items to address with home owners after move-in. We are looking for an individual who will thrive in a fast paced environment, doesn't mind working year round and outdoors, and can work solo and with a team. Responsibilities: Meet with Team every morning for daily goal setting and list of job duties Run errands for Superintendents Deliver and place generators, heaters, fans, concrete blankets as needed Keep job sites in clean and orderly condition, including snow shoveling Keep job sites safe and secure Perform general labor and maintenance as needed Meet with home owners to address punch list and warranty items Use hand tools & power tools Adhere to safety program and wear proper PPE if required for the task Must be able to perform physical activity such as cleaning, standing/walking, squatting bending, lifting and reaching for 8 hours Driving to and from job sites with your own vehicle. Turning in expense forms for mileage reimbursement unless gas card provided. Qualifications: Ability to handle outside weather conditions Work well with your hands Be able to lift 45 pounds and handle a physical workload Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Good communications skills with clients and coworkers Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Your own reliable vehicle in rural areas and snow Your own cell phone to communicate with coworkers Must be at least 18 years old Job Type: Regular; Full-time Hourly Wage: Depending on Experience & discussed at Interview Benefits: Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision Holidays & Vacation 401K Match Required work authorization: United States – Proof: Social Security Card and Driver’s License I.D.
