Rehoming gray tabby cat

We took a gray tabby cat in after my coworker couldn’t properly take care of him, this was a temporary move because our roommate has dogs and a cat so it is already a full house. We don’t have anyone that can care for a cat properly and don’t want to pass him off to a shelter (last resort). We are not in a rush, we would like to make sure he goes to a proper forever home. We appreciate any help we can get in the rehoming process. Thank you! He is about a year old (we are not sure), please contact for photos or any questions. We can pet and pick him up at any time with no hesitation. He gets along with my roommate’s pets just fine (dogs and cat) but he seems territorial with another cat. He is not neutered **If anyone knows any cheap places to get him neutered, please let us know! We have tried MN snap but they are booked
