Grass cutter needed for small lawn on commercial space. Must have lawn mower and weed wacker. Grass is very tall. Paying very generous $200. Do not ask for more money. Must mow lawn, blow away debri and pick up any trash around property. Must have own bags to haul away grass and debri. Please visit property at 247 w 95th.
