Looking for rehearsal space and guitarist

I'm looking to move into a new rehearsal space. The lease holder of the one I have been at for the better part of two years is leaving at the end of the month and I cannot afford the full rent by myself About me: I write and record music for an art rock/progressive goofball project sonically reminiscent of Mr. Bungle, Cardiacs, and early Daughters My set up is minimal and consists of studio monitors, an interface and a laptop. I usually record on weeknights once or twice a week, so renting a full space for myself doesn't make sense financially I'm also looking for a guitarist that is comfortable with weird time signatures, can sing and play, and owns an 8 string Get at me!
