JOB SUMMARY The Hacienda Facility provides residential and outpatient treatment services to recovering women and women with children. The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the facility and for delivering and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the facility, facility grounds and landscaping. RESPONSIBILITIES Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. · Overall maintenance, repair, construction, and upkeep of the facility and grounds under the direction of the Facility Manager. · Performs day-to-day maintenance. Assists the Facility Manager in supervising resident work crews in performing assigned maintenance activities. · Develops and maintains adequate control and inventory of tools and supplies including a check-in/out system. · Complies with OSHA standards. · Comply with all MHS and program rules, policies and procedures including HIPAA standards. QUALIFICATIONS · High School Degree or Equivalent. A waiver may be made for individuals working toward there GED or Equivalency. · Ability to lift 25 pounds and up to 75 pounds · Two years experience in construction, general facility maintenance, and repair required.
