Day Time Route Driver and Maintenance Employee

NuTrend Dry Cleaners is looking for a delivery driver for our daily route and some minor facility maintenance. The driving position will need to drop off clothes at our 6 retail locations. The hours will be flexible, starting around 8:30 AM, Monday-Friday. The maintenance position includes fix and maintain mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines. Tasks include light plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance Responsibilities: Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and/or pick up of clothes to specified locations. Responsibilities also include safe operation of vehicle and loading and unloading truck in an efficient manner. Be able to efficiently manage upkeep of machinery and facility maintenance concerns. Primary Duties: •Drive the company truck making prompt, on schedule deliveries and pick-ups while notifying management of any delays in the delivery schedule. •Become familiar with delivery route •Load and unload trucks using a rail system in an accurate and efficient manner. •Report and observe customer problems and opportunities. •Report and record damage to vehicles and/or product, equipment, and vehicles. Qualifications: •A valid driver's license. •Current medical certification card or ability to obtain a card.
