Perform warranty work on new residential homes. Fix a door, patch a hole, replace a piece of trim, paint a scratch, install a cabinet door, troubleshoot a gfi circuit, if this all sounds in your wheel house, we would like to talk. Must have a CLEAN driving record with no DUIs, must be a non-smoker, will drive a company work van for work use. Must be comfortable and expert at all hand tools, must be able and willing to get up high on a ladder. Full time job with benefits.
