Seeking handymen/contractors to perform work on pre-foreclosure and REO properties. Looking for coverage for properties in Santa Cruz County - Current asset located in Aptos. This will be a supplemental income opportunity best suited for a vendor in close proximity to Aptos. Work includes securing, trash removal, bi-weekly grass cuts, landscaping, janitorial, minor repairs, fencing, etc. Knowledge of digital photography and large batch photo submission and photo file compression is mandatory. Vendors receiving significant work volumes must possess General Liability Insurance. Applicants with existing Aspen Grove background check ABC#s will be given special consideration. Must possess device capable of taking date/time stamped photos.
