We are a nationwide property management company seeking a Maintenance Technician for a property in Santa Rosa, CA. We value a positive attitude, strong customer service, attention to detail and integrity.
Under general supervision, the Maintenance Tech performs a variety of work in the general maintenance and repair of grounds, buildings, facilities and equipment in this 109-site mobile home community. This position will provide a range of skilled and unskilled tasks including, but not limited to, the following:
- Participate in grounds maintenance activities including, but not limited to, the beautification of the grounds and landscaped areas, change light bulbs, remove cobwebs, sweep walkways, pick up trash, etc.
- Perform landscape work, e.g. weeding, watering, planting, trimming, irrigation repairs, fence repairs, etc.
- Perform maintenance on the Community Buildings and complete maintenance service requests on rental homes, such as clearing blockages in sinks, toilets and drains; repair/replace toilets, repair water leaks, repair steps/stairs/railings repairs, replace light switches, cleaning gutters, light painting, etc.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and Community residents in a courteous and responsible manner.
- Work under the supervision of the Property Manager.
The Maintenance Tech must have a valid California Driver’s License, reliable transportation and pass a background check. Compensation is $18 to $20 per hour. This is a full-time position and includes benefits, some of which are 401(k) match, health/vision/dental benefits, vacation, sick pay and paid holidays.
