DAKATA LLC is hiring Delivery Associates/Helpers to join our growing team in Fremont, CA. Delivery Associates/Helpers will be responsible for daily delivery routes alongside a driver. Full-time and part-time positions available. As a Delivery Associate/Helper you will not drive the delivery vehicle but assist the driver in the delivery of packages. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Represent the Company in a professional manner Use the handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information, to communicate with home office/dispatch. Loads and unloads packages into and out of box truck, with or without reasonable accommodation Follows all safety rules and company policies and procedures Provides outstanding customer service Working shifts of up to 10 hours per day Working with minimal supervision Qualifications: Valid driver's license Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to pull a dolly carrying 100 lbs of product Must be able to work in a team environment Must be reliable, flexible and exhibit a sense of urgency while on the job Must complete drug and background verification screening Salary and Benefits: $17.25 per hour Bi-weekly payroll Medical, dental, vision and vacation benefits We are located half a mile away from the Tesla factory.
