The ideal candidate will have the following skills: • Painting and prep • Light Plumbing • Light electrical • Light carpentry • Drywall Repair • Light landscaping and general grounds clean-up • Power washing • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more Other Requirements: • People skills • Vehicle and valid driver's license • Having your own basic tools Compensation: $27-40/hour starting wage, depending on experience. Wages increase with experience and skills.
