Desirable, well paid position is available immediately. Possible Housing.This is a 50% to full time employment with responsibility for assisting the property manager who manages several properties including two waterfront homes in Key Haven and Key West. You’ll need your own work vehicle; a pickup truck would be ideal. We are looking for someone with landscaping, mechanical, some construction and janitorial skills. You should have some knowledge in general handyman skills to assist the property manager. Examples of what you’ll be doing include: - Landscaping: maintenance, cutting bushes, mowing the lawn, raking leaves - Pool and Jacuzzi: Maintenance: cleaning, checking chemicals - Janitorial cleaning and straightening up: outside and inside - General Repairs - Assisting the property manager in carpeting, tiling, painting, plumbing, electrical work depending on skills We are looking for a self-motivated, responsible and self-organized person who is also able to follow instructions from the property manager. Ideally you work hand in hand with the property manager. The benefits of the job include a pleasant, clean working environment, possible free housing, flexible hours and a good salary.
