I'd like to find the right person to do basic weeding/cleanup and then ongoing general maintenance of our yard in Boulder. The work is not "hard" (I have done it myself for years) but you need to recognize the difference between plants vs weeds. In particular we have a lot of bindweed which needs to be dealt with (and I need someone who knows what I'm talking about). Basically, you just need to be familiar with working in yards and recognize weeds vs plants. You need to be experienced, reliable, ethical, hard working, and good time management. Pay is 20/hour.
