Hello. I'm local to Chico and have been cleaning homes for 10 years. I charge 30.00 an hour with a 2 hour minimum. If you do not require a 2 hour cleaning the price becomes 40.00 for the hour. I'm available 7 days a week. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly. I have my own supplies(green) or can use what you like. I provide whole house cleaning, top to bottom. I also offer other services for an extra charge such as laundry, ironing, pet clean up, and moving clean up. I'm dependable, have excellent references, and a clear background check.
