Rototill back lot and remove prairie grass

I need my back lot roto-tilled. There was a bunch of long grass, weeds and prairie grass which I have now killed. So, I need all of the dead grasses tilled up and removed. I need the ground/soil that is underneath nice, clean and fresh dirt - all roto-tilled so we can plant flowers. The grasses were very tough and old, so you need a powerful machine. The tiller I had, broke after 15 minutes because it got clogged with the debris. Area is 100 feet long x 12 feet wide. The whole project needs to be completed. The ground needs to be left clean of debris when finished. SEE PICS.
