Looking for 1 person to share letterpress printing studio in downtown Longmont. Space can be shared for your own art purposes or you can potentially learn and use the letterpress equipment. I am very rarely at the studio, so you can usually have the space to yourself. The space is approximately 400 square feet with some letterpress machines. There is an additional 100 square foot room attached that can be made available and empty. Both rooms have some, but not too much natural light. Final monthly cost will depend somewhat on what amount of space needed and whether or not you want to learn/use the letterpress equipment - expect to pay at least $225 monthly.
