Hard worker wanted - Pride of workmanship required. $18.00 to $20.00+ per hour depending on experience and ability. FULL or PART TIME. Landscape and Property maintenance (Central Point, Medford and Talent): Cut grass, prune shrubs, wash windows and walls, etc. All phases of property and home upkeep and repair. Some painting, plumbing, electrical, irrigation and anything else that comes along. This job is largely unsupervised and requires a self starter with eyes for work to be done - maintenance and improvements. Absolutely no drugs tolerated other than marijuana on off time.
