Vocalist/Rhythm Guitarist Seeking Country Band

Young musician (25) looking to join or form a country and/or Southern Rock band in the Sarasota area. I've been playing music for a while - I can sing, with a relatively wide range (Country to more Rock vocals) and can play Acoustic or Rhythm Electric depending on the song's requirements. Not looking for anything super serious here: start with jamming, get some songs nailed down, and perhaps look around for some tiki bar gigs or something similar. It seems like many places are booked out for a while, so whenever we can get a setlist ready is fine by me. Classic Country or some Modern Country are fine by me - I think most people would want to hear a mix. Examples being Johnny Cash, Hank Williams, George Strait, Chris Stapleton, Keith Urban, Alan Jackson, etc. I'm not super picky when it comes to Country, within reason. As for more "Southern Rock," I'm very comfortable playing things like Lynyrd Skynyrd, Allman Brothers, CCR, The Doobie Brothers, etc. Open to any Country style musicians, happy to try out different variations with no more than say 5 or 6 people max. Would prefer to stay in Sarasota or Bradenton, and unfortunately I cannot host practice/rehearsal where I live, so if you have a spot, that is a major bonus! Let's make it happen - I look forward to jamming.
